Can you get a credit for foreign taxes paid on income also taxed in the UAE?
Yes, if you pay taxes in another country on income that’s also taxed in the UAE, you can subtract the foreign tax from what you owe in UAE Corporate Tax. But you can only subtract up to the amount of UAE Corporate Tax you owe on that income. Any extra foreign tax paid can’t be used in a different tax year.
