- It’s a group of companies that meet these conditions:
- They are either UAE resident companies or non-resident companies with a presence in the UAE.
- One company has 75% or more ownership of the other, or a third party owns 75% or more of both.
- Neither company is tax-exempt or a qualifying free zone entity.
Both use the same accounting standards and have the same financial year
